Top Notch offers one on one personal training to give you that personalised attention and motivation. We can help you lose weight, strengthen muscles, help with rehab and improve your fitness, agility or speed. We can also work with you to improve your running, cycling or swimming needs.
Top Notch has access to a small studio or can tailor your training for the outdoors.
Costs :
- One on one $70 an hour
- Two on one $ 40 each an hour
- Three on one $30 each an hour
