Tuesday 5:30am – 7:30pm Long Run Baulkham Hills
Tuesday 6:30pm – 7:30pm Wind Trainer and Run Baulkham Hills This session focuses on cycling technique and running off the bike. Suitable for all ability levels.
Wednesday 6:00pm – 7:30pm  Track Session Roxborough Park, Baulkham Hills This session focuses on running technique, pacing and speed. Work harder than you would by yourself.  Suitable for all ability levels.
Saturday 5:30am – 6:30am  Swim Squad Aquabliss, 20 Distribution Rd Seven Hills This session is a threshold swim set aimed at improving your pacing and race day swimming. There is limited stroke correction or feedback at this session.
Sunday  6:00am Summer7:00am Winter  Long Ride Waves Fitness and Aquatic Centre, no charge

Saturday 3:30pm – 4:45pm Swim Squad Glenbrook Swim Centre, Wascoe Street, Glenbrook. This session focuses on swimming technique and swim fitness. Athletes will be given plenty of feedback and a main set tailored to their swimming ability. Suitable for all levels of swimmer.Please bring fins, pool bouy, kick board, paddles, water bottle.
